The pet relief area is over 400 steps away which isn’t convenient especially in the rain. Mind you there’s a smoking platform on every floor. Put a pet area there. Nobody cared about my opinion. Wasn’t refunded for broken washer and dryer. Combative employee said we have no control over the machines. Good answer. Now, the breakfast buffet and bar are good, but...

"There is no parking unless you walk to the far visitors parking lot,we stayed 2 days but had to make sure we moved the truck to a different parking space so we didn't get tickets or towed.we were unaware that our 2500 truck couldn't park in the parking garage it's to big.we will stay at a different hotel next time due to the parking issue, the hotel was very nice."

"Check-in is difficult at best as it is between 4 pm to 6 pm and after that you would be provided additional instructions because they are closed. She was not pleasant and all business. I think if you wanted to check-in before 4 pm there is a $50 charge. A $4 charge for a bag ice. There are too many rules and charges 🙄. She suggests places to eat worked for her but not those who are traveling under a budget. The only place she suggested was the Miner's Restaurant next door by the Miner's Hotel,...
