It was a nice place. I enjoyed the hot tub it was peaceful. They had a shuttle to bring you from lead to Deadwood which was very nice. Nice breakfast. Sunny Think 🤔 that's his name he was very helpful 😁

We arrived a little early before check-in due to weather and was told no problem. We got our room, which was a little dated, but clean. Most importantly mattress was in good shape, firm, but had some gift to it. Breakfast was scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy, which I don’t care for I would’ve rather had meat, cereal, coffee, juice, toast, bagels. Morning staff was just as nice as the afternoon staff yesterday. It was a good stay.

We stayed here 2 nights. Once we got checked in and to our room, the bed was comfortable and we had a couch not know we would get that. The first night was ok. Now for the bad make sure you bring your own drinks as the soda machines are empty. The 2nd night we were woken up by other guests at 2AM. After listening to them fight for 15 min thinking it would calm down it did not. Ended up calling front desk. It did quiet down for a little bit for it to start again. Finally at 430am we had enough. We ended up packing up and leaving due to this. The guy at the front desk looked surprised. We told him that he needed to do something about it. He stated he had told them twice to quiet down. Then acted all surprised we were checking out. We wasted money on this room thay we couldn't use due to this. So be prepared for staff not doing anything about unruly guests.

The bed was comfortable, and there was strong shower pressure with plenty of hot water. The hot tub was very hot. We had an issue with the dryer not drying properly, but Chris made sure it got dried. The room wasn't cleaned while we were there; however, any issues we had, Chris managed and handled whatever came up. He definitely cares about customer satisfaction. There's a bar near the main lobby, and Chris also managed that, making sure to keep up with our rowdy group, from playing music to impromptu karaoke. Great place for the price. There was also a shuttle you can request to take you to and from downtown Deadwood at no extra cost.

There was a jacuzzi tub in our room . I was happily surprised by that until we found out it didn't work. The hot tubs outside were great. Other than the jacuzzi not working the stay was outstanding! Would absolutly stay here again. The rate was great as well.

Very dirty. The hot tubs would make you vomit. Breakfast was a joke. Don’t even look in the cupboards for a napkin. There was either like toast crumbs or rodent droppings. Had to leave a day early and couldn’t get anyone to discuss a refund. Expedia sent an e-mail but the address to talk to someone about it didn’t work.

I gave 4 out of 5 for cleanliness and property condition but it looks like new owners and they are working hard at updates. For the price and with breakfast, that included eggs and breakfast, biscuits and gravy and coffee. It was a great deal. The room was quiet. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. Hot tub was great on a cold day. They have a lounge in the hotel with minimal items. Grocery store does have more options, as your room also has a fridge and microwave.
