"It was okay. The water had a slight tinge of sewer taste to it. The breakfast offered was lacking. Other than that is was an acceptable place to stay. I’ll probably revisit on my next trip."

"Ordered a room with a hot tub that didn't work and never got fixed. Manager said he would get it fixed or change our room - never happened. The hot water dribbled out of the faucet, while the 2 sinks and the shower worked fine. Door had gaps (up to 1/2") around it. Both televisions had to be fixed to play. The thermostat on the heater did not shut it off. The floor transition strip to the hot tub area was a trip hazard, and they had to replace the hair dryer. On the 3rd day of our 4 night stay,...

"The staff was kind. They were accommodating also. However, the building was somewhat clean and in front of our room was so dirty. Upon entering- toilet was not cleaned and there were streaks in the toilet. We actually had to flush it multiple times before use. Our bed had multiple long strands of hair on it. "The only issue is the walls are very thin! I could hear the guy in the room beside us talking on his phone and using the bathroom. I’m sure he heard us too, and maybe it was more than he bargained for… Loved the complimentary parking! Loved the credit with the snack bar! Loved getting a 20% discount on dinner at the restaurant in the casino by charging to my room. Thanks. Lovely hotel!"
