Room was incredible! Has everything you need to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner...if you wanted!
Breakfast includes tiny biscuits, scrambled eggs, sausage, gravy, yogurt, bagels, toast, fruit, chocolate milk, apple juice, and orange juice.
Day shift customer service couldn't be friendlier, but we experienced poor customer service from one of the night shift hospitality hosts. She was laying over the counter on her phone, couldn't summon a smile, nor greet us.
The weight room has dumbbells, yoga balls/mats, ellipticals, and treadmills. Two of the three treadmills were down.
The back of the building is attractive and functional. It has a fire pit, two Weber grills, and a pool. We were excited to sit out by the fire at night (we visited in January 2025), but the fire pit had no buttons to ignite the flame, nor did it have instructions :(
The woods were littered with trash (12 pack Corona box, paper, etc.), not a good look. These are easy fixes that would go a long way to raising the review to five stars.
The mezzanine area has a well-stocked "GRAB and GO" area that has a great selection of beer, chips, soda, and candy.
Love that they keep carafes of coffee, hot water, and iced lemon water. You can pick from hot chocolate, several teas, and nunya.
We were woken early in the first morning (grrrrrrrrrrr) to stomping coming from the room above us. I made a call and politely, yes, I was polite because I have worked in hospitality for years, asked for them to call the
