"Clean room and peaceful rest!!"

"The advertised amenity of a 24/7 available airport shuttle is NOT honest. While staff was kind, no staff was available for trip from airport to hotel, and when I inquired about arranging a ride back, it came with a very narrow window of potential that left me feeling uncertain if I’d be able to use this advertised amenity. Like I said, staff was nice about it, but the availability and reliability of this amenity feels too uncertain to be used as a main advertising point. "

"The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to the two major highways, grocery store and restaurants. We don’t use pools or jacuzzis when we travel, but, they do have them and the area is clean and centrally located on the property. The front counter staff was a bit confrontations when we arrived. We are local residents living in Columbia and the staff member questioned why we were staying with them. Seemed an odd question. Apparently they do not normally allow locals to stay...

"For the price, I thought the hotel would be in better shape. For instance, in our room the furniture showed extensive wear. Worn fabrics, tears, stains. The fixtures in the bathroom were decrepit and rusty, they looked to be very, very old. The light fixture over the sink was a rusty mess. "having an onsite bar, restaurant and snacks, drinks, and other forgotten necessities store was so great. We didn't have to wait in line to get breakfast somewhere and the menu was great and delicious! The bar also had fun specialty cocktail butterscotch martini, hello, yes please!"

"First off, the hotel was under construction(this was never mentioned on the website or Expedia). This included the POOL AND THE GYM! The pool and hot tub were high on our list, so this was a huge let down. Again this was never mentioned. The room was dusty, the furniture archaic, and the lighting was so terrible in the living area of the suite(yes I paid way extra!), all you could do was watch TV.
