"We loved our room. It was nicely appointed and very clean. The balcony was perfect to sit & view Seneca Lake. We were able to walk to the restaurant for a delicious breakfast. We will definitely stay there again!"

"Stayed for 3 nights. Room was clean. If there is a lot of guests I recommend taking a shower at night because no hot water in the mornings. Other than I have no complaints other than we checked out at 4am an no one was at the counter I rang"

"Separate cabins. Bedding was ok. Door is just your entrance and easy to access. The outside property was nice. We sat outside for the 7 pm fire. Nice views with big patio. People brought their dogs as it’s pet friendly and they take that welcome seriously. The main office has a small bar and restaurant. Cozy. Complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate only open until 8 pm. Room didn’t offer tea just coffee. Refrigerator available and microwave. We had breakfast which is reasonable. We ordered bacon - good - and a french toast with berries covered with a cream drizzle. It sounded good but wasn’t. There were no berries, just a berry mushy jam. The bread was thin. But it also didn’t taste good. I didn’t say anything but when the server asked i said i didn’t like it and she offered another choice which I didn’t want and then took the cost of mine off the bill. I really appreciated that. Over all the staff is great and everything else was good. I would recommend it"

"Staff is very friendly and considerate!! Breakfast was amazing, beds + pillows comfortable, convenient location! Only thing to improve would be the bathroom floor, but very minor issue there. Would totally stay again!"

"Self check in site, advise to check in prior to arrival to obtain the room key code number. Touch pad on the door. Room was basic but clean, shower good, plenty clean towels & toiletries provided."
