Felt like a number. Only saw a person if you called on the dirty phone on counter. Never checked on breakfast. The meat (if there was any) was gone by 8am. Eggs were cold. Room wasn't bad. Clean and bed super comfortable. Just need more personal contact.

Outside you easily saw gaps in ac/heat units. None of exterior doors locked, so no key needed to enter. Towels, sheets, shower curtains all stained. No hangers in room. Fridge not working properly. Breakfast foods stale and limited. Gym too tight. No sauna at pool. Screens and sheer curtains shredded in most rooms. Think I've said enough.

The people went out of their way. My dog was with me and I asked for a 1st floor room. There were none Available at first, but they offered a handicap room.

Great place to stay in Harvard!

My stay at Baymont was great! We were there for a nearby charity bike ride. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and stores. The hotel was very clean, well attended to and the employees were great. The free breakfast was hot and plenty of choices. Loved it!!!! I would highly recommend this hotel.

It was very dirty. The tub had brown stains in it. There were holes in walls and ceilings. Half of the light switches didn’t even work. The guy at the desk was very nice when I checked in. I’m just not happy about the room cleanliness.

My guest room was very clean with modern amenities. I appreciated the shampoo dispenser in place of the tiny bottles. Super fast Wi-Fi. Very comfortable bed. It was a pleasant surprise to have a refrigerator. The free breakfast is a plus and was better than I was expecting: waffle maker, scrambled eggs, English muffins and spread, yogurt, cereal, orange juice, and coffee. The only real negatives were the non-functioning (always unlocked) exterior electronic door locks when entering the hallways from the parking lot, and the lack of lighting in the hallway on the second floor (the lights in the middle of the hallway were all turned off or not operational).

The room was clean. The light between beds did not turn on, it was unplugged. The toilet was clogged and didn’t flush well. Not enough towels for 3 guests. Nobody at the desk. Chipmunk running around the indoor pool. Ice machine broken. Parking lot with gravel, debris, huge hole from some kind of half done electrical project. Outside doors have a key card reader for security but the doors were unlocked. The staff was helpful. The biggest issue was the intense pungent body odor of one of the staff. The man passed in the hall and I had to hold my breath because the stench was so strong. I don’t know if he had a medical problem or was opposed to bathing, but I pitied him because he seemed unaware of how offensive the foul penetrating odor permeated the air. It still stank after he exited the hallway. I hope someone can gently encourage him to learn and practice normal hygiene. Someone in contact with the public should bathe and wash his clothes on a regular basis. I really feel sorry for the guy since he seemed unaware just how strong he stank and was oblivious to how that affects guests.

Nice easy access to Highway. Great restaurant next door to hotel. Beds were comfortable. In room refrigerator was quiet. That's about it. Did not explore the indoor pool area, but it looked clean. Had to ring for check in service. Breakfast area where the coffee is located wasn't clean at the time of check in. Room window was fogged due to double pane seal leak. TV was small. Power went out for an hour overnight. Breakfast was bland. No fresh fruit. English muffins were dry and hard, white bread and plain bagels. The juice machine wasn't cooling, so the apple juice was very warm. Plates were styrofoam. The exterior entrance doors on two sides of the building did not lock, you did not need your key to enter the building. Hallways had damp odor to them.

Everything was dirty, the sheets, the bathroom, the towels, the walls. There were yellow stains all over the sheets, and weird dark red stains on the walls. Questionable black stain on the sheet, could have easily have seen bed bugs being in there. On my way out I saw a cockroach on the wall. Awful 🙅

Staff was nice but the room was very run down. The bathroom door was damaged and needs to be replaced. The furniture was very dinged up. They did not have the heat turned on either so when I arrived the room was freezing. The pool water was warm but the room that the pool was in was freezing.
