An old style motel, on quite a busy road so not the quietest of locations. That said the room was clean and had all the facilities you would expect.

The room was clean and tidy. The staff were helpful and friendly. The aircon worked well. A somewhat leaky tap was reported to the management. All was fine. We had no pets but we were greated by a few very lovely and friendly examples of pets who were absolutely no problem. An easy pleasant experience which I would repeat.

Staff were wonderful when checking in. Mattress very old, so not very comfortable. A lot of road noise… but it is on a main road. Beautiful and clean,

Undergoing refurbishments when I stayed, so it was a little difficult to ascertain the usual state of the room. Air con worked well. No phone in the unit, so to contact reception you either use your own mobile or walk across in person.

Room was clean. Bathroom was mouldy. The noise from the other guests went on until 4am, and restarted at 5am. Never again.

Unfortunately, the images of this hotel bore little resemblance to our room 18. Room 18 had a broken bathroom door handle, no reading lights as shown in the images. One wine glass, one dessert spoon etc. The room really needed a good clean or at least, a fresh coast of paint and replacement amenities We used a toilet roll for bathroom ventilation to keep the window opened as there was no other means of ventilating that room. We arrived by public transport.

Dislike that we were required to wash the cutlery with no dish soap available. There was white stuff left on the plates from previous occupant. Not enough blankets for the amount of beds. 2 blankets for 3 beds

Didn't have a blanket on single bed. Just sheet and it is winter. No spare blankets provided. There was wood falling apart on wall. Very old amenities. Beds horrendously uncomfortable. Minimal milk supplied for 3 people. Only 3 tiny 2oml containers. Lampshade no shade. Lighting very harsh. Noise of trucks all night long. Won't stay here again.

The room we stayed in was tidy and clean. It had a fridge, microwave and kettle which is very convenient especially if you’re doing road trips. They also offer some breakfast items at the reception before you need to go to room which again very convenient.
