"This property was extremely clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The restaurant onsite was very nice. We had breakfast one morning that was very tasty and also had cocktails and bar bites that were also very good. Every single staff member we encountered during our stay was extremely friendly and very helpful."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The property is currently under construction, which made the environment extremely loud and unpleasant, with noticeable odors throughout the building. One of the biggest inconveniences was that the elevator was not working. I had to take the stairs all the way up to the 14th floor with my young children, which was both exhausting and unsafe. Additionally, the breakfast area was very small and overcrowded. There was no available seating, so my kids and I had to stand while eating, which made for an uncomfortable start to the day. Overall, the stay was far from convenient or relaxing, and I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families."

"A $6 fee per bag to store our luggage before check in or after check out? Unbelievable! This should be a service provided for all guests, especially with a nightly $35 resort fee. Absurd. The tech for elevators was not working in many places and the elevators would stop over and over even when we were full. Wasted time. Also, always a line for everything. Hurry up to WAIT. "

"Air conditioning is capped to 18degrees and can't get any colder. Room cools up good anyway. The only disappointment is that the room does not have any fridge to cool up your drinks/food. No plastic cups or any free coffee or tea packs. Also, there is no electric kettle to get hot water for coffee or any food that needs hot water. Even a $60 budget hotel has such amenities. Quite a letdown if you're gonna ask me."
