"The hotel & room appeared fresh and clean upon arrival. However, the bed pillows were mini-sized, flat and needed to be replaced. There was mildew along the floor of the shower walls. Our floor was noisy—children running up & down the hall, running down the stairs. (Parent’s fault) One of the front desk managers was unfriendly when I asked for clean towels for our second night. "The hotel and staff were wonderful, but people need to be aware of the noise of both the train whistle and fellow guests. There were ear plugs left as an amenity, but it was very difficult to sleep as the train whistle blew all night and the walls are very thin. I would 100% recommend for the location and amenities, but the noise for me makes it unlikely I will return."

"The room was clean, but the bath tub needs update as there were old stains. The staff were friendly and ready to help. Cleaning staff made sure to keep room stocked with clean towels. Breakfast was great. It was a hot breakfast with waffles,eggs,bacon, sausage , potato’s and juice. Area seemed safe and parking lot was well lit."

"Very clean place with character. Lots of games/activities. A practical downside -- the rooms have no closets. No room safe, if that's important to you. No irons. We were in town for a wedding, so it was a little inconvenient not to have a closet. There were pegs on the wall where you could hang a few items (no hangers though). Also, during our stay, there was no running water for several hours due to a plumbing issue. I had to go to the lobby (the only working bathroom on the premises) to finish...

"The entire staff was extremely kind and helpful. Ryan & Daniel went above & beyond to make sure I was able to still check into my room after my flights were delayed & I got in around 3:00am. Such amazing employees who care about their customers. We were in town for a film shoot & they gave us recommendations on fun things to do in the area, restaurants, etc. Thanks again guys! We will be back!

"The front desk clerk was awesome. I wish I had made note of her name. The room was immaculate and had definitely been redone. The property was super clean, although the lobby area could use a face lift. You might as well skip the free breakfast. It was pretty pathetic with the exception of the Texas shaped waffle. Overall, I would stay there again. The rate was great! They excepted my service dog happily at no extra charge. Afterall, you don't sleep in the lobby. But I would. It was clean."

I get back from running errands, about an hour and picked up the items went back to the room and it’s being cleaned. I was a bit baffled because I was told they had no one on shift."
