"The location of the hotel is perfect for going to places like Blue hole Park which is 25 minutes away and then it's only 25 minutes from the Illinois River also 👍 had a hot tub and a nice pool"

"The room was clean. However the drain in the bath tub was broken the state of repair was subpar for a newer establishment. The staff was excellent friendly and responsive."

"When 1st walking in room the odor in the room was terrible. The bed had two small square pillows on bed. Was very uncomfortable. Would recommend bringing your own pillow. Save yourself some neck pain. The closet door was off its tracks. Just leaned up against the other one. The Breakfast was just okay. The staff was friendly though."

"Staff were friendly at check-in. Room was clean and spacious. Shower in bathtub worked well. Generally was quiet. Breakfast was great. The rate seemed very reasonable for what we got. I would consider staying there again."

"A scant selection of only highly processed carbohydrate, mostly packaged, items were available for breakfast. No tea, herbal or otherwise was available. No protein was available. Only "diet, low sugar" yogurt was available. Sugared cereals only. Tables weren't regularly cleaned after they were used. Highway trucks were easily heard from in the room, which was expected since the hotel is conveniently near the highway. The air conditioner went off and on all night which was also somewhat expected,...

"Not here to bash anyone, but unfortunately the room was not clean upon arrival. There was visible mold in the shower and on the ceiling above it, which made the space feel unsanitary. Additionally, there were clothing items left behind from a previous guest that were not ours. We paid extra for a larger room expecting a clean and comfortable stay, but this was not the case. Overall, it was disappointing and did not meet basic cleanliness standards"

"Hot tub and sauna were both closed so that was disappointing. First day continental breakfast was not great, it was much better the second day. "

"My staff was almost excellent. The facility was experiencing some updates and therefore a little construction was going on. However, the plastic sheeting and prior notification of what I would see was appreciated and very helpful. All the staff from the front desk to the servers for breakfast to the housekeeping staff were very friendly. Made the stay pleasant!"

This is one of the very best hotels we have stayed at. Breakfast was great. We will be staying at this BW whenever we are in the area. Staff could not have been better. Thank You so much.
