"Poorly ventilated room, no toiletries, poor instructions for onboarding I requested for double bed and got 2-twin bed. No dental or shaving kit. Room had no proper ventilation. I was feeling suffocated even with AC on. 1/5"

"Skip if it’s going to be hot their air conditioning is weak and you won’t notice it if it’s plus 25 or above outside. The rooms were okay but a little underwhelming. Messaging around airconditioning varied from one employee to the next with a lot of gas lighting. During heat wave we moved to another hotel and the air conditioning was normal. Beds were very hard and our backs and hips hurt in the morning. Very basic accommodations."

"Great hotel, very comfy room, comfy bed and bed sheets, aircon, big Windows, blackout curtains, big TV, vender machine in the floors for an emergency (drinks and snacks), cool bar downstairs. I stayed just for the night (from 23h to 8h) so I couldn’t use all the amenities, but everything seemed very cool. Also, so close from the station. "Have stayed in this hotel 3 or more times in the past few years and each time I like it more and more. The nice image in the shower, the non slip floor in the shower, the abundance of mirrors … makes the room special and welcoming. I paid for the breakfast in advance and I recommend just buying it later. It is definitely a great breakfast, but sometimes they have a deal in the hotel upon your arrival. "We had a bad experience with the air conditioning, we could not sleep all night because the AC is controlled by a central management that, according to the staff, are not available during weekends, and they just let the ac run with the fan. We booked the hotel because it mentions AC that was a must for us in such a hot summer day. We had to leave a night before and the hotel refused to return the payment. The floor carpets were dirty and full of spots."

"This hotel served its purpose exactly the way that I wanted it to! I had an early flight and needed to be located near the airport and they had a free shuttle to the airport that ran every 10 minutes in the morning. Check-in was all self-service, but staff would help in order to make the process more smoothly. The rooms were VERY clean and modern.
