"Customer service was great! There was an issue on their end with my deposit but it was quickly resolved. The rooms were clean and I saw housekeeping cleaning other rooms. They did serve continental breakfast but I did not partake so I can not speak on it but lots of people seemed to enjoy. I felt very safe as a solo traveler. Amazing property for the price I paid!"

"Breakfast was good. We did have issue with our room smelling damp and the bath was spraying everywhere when turned on. I let the front desk person know & was told had to get approval from manager for room change so would call me in like 15-20min.....did not get a call so go back to front desk & different person was there, explained situation again and gave me different room immediately. Definitely much better than our initial room. Overall good experience"
