Rundum ein gelungener Hotelaufenthalt. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, die Zimmer geräumig und sauber, die Dusche sehr schön. Die Minibar war inklusive, das Fruehstueck lecker und vielfältig. Das Hotel liegt zentral in Roermond, Innenstadt und Outlet sind auch zu Fuß schnell erreicht. Aufenthalt ohne Kritikpunkte, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir übernachten schon seit Jahren im Hotel Dux. Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass der Service im Hotel immer schlechter wird. Beim Frühstück fehlten diesmal Teller und Gläser. Auch das nachfüllen des Buffet klappte diesmal nicht. Im Zimmer sollte man darauf achten, dass auch auf den Möbeln Staub geputzt wird. Ansonsten übernachten wir jederzeit gerne im Hotel - ich hoffe, dass die o.g Beanstandungen beim nächsten Aufenthalt behoben sind.

Wir sind jetzt das zweite Mal im Dux gewesen und haben es nicht bereut. Das Hotel ist sehr gut und Zentral gelegen.Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Am schönsten finden wir das Ambiente der Flure hell sehr schöne Farben und man freut sich schon auf das Zimmer. Sehr nett das die Minnibar lnklusiv ist. Das Zimmer, Badezimmer alles sauber und nett eingerichtet. Frühstück ist soweit okay.Wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal im Dux gewesen. Lg. P.B.
