"Bathroom was smelly and had a hole in the ceiling, fan was covered in dust. There was no breakfast I’m assuming because their ac was broke in the lobby, very hot and had fans blowing."

"I showed up at the property to check in and there was no one at the front desk. There was a number to call I called it numerous times and left messages after 30 min they called me back. And said they're phone was messed up and that they were at the property. I waited another 15 min and no one showed up. I tried calling them again and no answer. I ended up having to book a different hotel"
