2-ผู้พักรายวัน พักรวมกับผู้พักรายเดือน ซึ่งอาจมีเสียงดังรบกวนบ้าง
3-สิ่งอำนวยควมสะดวกชำรุด เช่น โถชักโครกน้ำไหลตลอด ต้องเปิดฝามาปลดลูกลอยเอง
4-บริเวณทางเข้าไม่มีป้ายบอกอย่างชัดเจน เพราะมีตึกแถวอยู่ด้านหน้า การค้นหาลำบาก เพราะ GPS จะบอกให้เข้าทางด้านหลังซึ่งเข้ าไม่ได้
