"Our room had a good view from which we could see the Frozen mountain and Disney hot air balloon. We chose to walk to the park each time and it took around 20 minutes on a well lit route. Staff were helpful and pleasant, speaking English well. Breakfast was adequate and a pleasant ambience, though McDonald's might have offered more "bang for your buck" in terms of what the cost hit you. Five negatives stick out to me - the door to one of the bedrooms wouldn't close, the lift refused to take us up...

"Clean room, easy to check in, very useful kitchen. I wish there was air conditioning since we’re use to that in USA. We had the window open at night but then if there were cars honking we’d hear them loudly. My family enjoyed the big room and comfortable stay."

"The hotel is undergoing a renovation to some of the rooms and the corridors. The room we were assigned was one of the large family units that caters for up to 6 guests. The place was clean, towels new, kitchenette equipped. The problem was the smell of the paint and the fact it was on the 3rd floor which is fully exposed to the sun in the summer. Without air conditioning, it felt like sleeping in an oven, just terrible. The hotel provided 1 fan for 3 rooms for air circulation which is...
