"We stayed overnight on our way from Frankfurt to Prague. Staff were very friendly, the room was clean amd comfortable. Breakfast was great. The biggest surprise was the small ice machine on our floor. We stayed in 4 different hotels around eastern europe on this trip and nowhere else had that feature."

"The staff were super nice. The price included breakfast and free parking in their private lot in front or on left behind building. No AC, but it was pretty cold so no need, but clearly described on the listing. There were some rowdy patrons outside which I heard because I left window open and it does not bother me and I saw a rat across the street bullying or attacking another injured rat that scurried and dragged himself off, but some good food around the corner. I still felt safe walking at night for a late dinner. The room is basic with handsoap and toilet paper. Beds were ok in comfort. There is a closet, chairs, luckily no tubed shower where I can barely move. It is a wall covering so water does not splash and a huge tub. Breakfast had some yummy salad thingy that was to die for. Overall, if you are not boujee or expecting luxury. The room is great for the price paid in a safe area."

"This was probably a magnificent hotel in it's day. It is now tired and in a sorry condition. Everything you need is there but the facilities are from the 1970's at best. Great location and has a car park. "

"This is a lovely boutique hotel with a great restaurant. Perhaps the best part was the considerate attention of the owner and the receptionist, Viktoria. They were so nice, making this a memorable experience. There are a lot of steps, but we were helped with our bags. Dinner in the restaurant was great and the only downside was that the cellar part of the restaurant was closed for the summer. We were taken down to see it, though, and it is really fabulous. Breakfast is included and eggs were made to order, besides other options. I wish we had planned for more time in Pilsen and if we make it back, we would definitely stay here again."

"Staff were so welcoming and helpful. Location was easy enough to get around in a quieter part of the city. The hotel is older style but that did not bother us as it was very clean. The breakfast was nice too. Eggs cooked perfectly. "

"Hotel still felt brand new like it did 13 years ago when I previously stayed here. Very clean, spacious & comfortable. Buffet breakfast was brilliant. The only negatives was the lack of any English language channels on the TV, and also there was no mention of my Expedia VIP reward by the staff. But all in all it’s a really great hotel."
