"I was met by a friendly staff member, who was very helpful. The room I was given was dirty. The staff member quickly changed my room to a room in the back of this hotel that is on the ground floor. In this area the rooms are all on the ground floor. There were a few problems that are not worth mentioning, but not being able to get the water warm enough to shower was concerning. "In my room, the large burner on the stove top did not work really limited my ability to cook. The ice machine did not work. All the plugs on the kitchen wall did not work. The tub area on the outside had mold on it. They do not advertise that they’re gonna charge for your pet to stay in the hotel so they hit me with a charge of $100 for my cat to stay for seven days. And the added bonus if you went out past 9 o’clock at night or all the prostitutes milling about the hotel, looking for customers...

"The staff at Home 2Suites in Jacksonville NC were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean and very spacious. Location was near all stores and restaurants. We were visiting family here for Easter and we will definitely stay here again! Would definitely recommend it!"
