"We spent one night there and it would one of the nicest places we have stayed. It was nice and clean and really comfy. The owner was fantastic. We will stay again"

"Very nice stay. Lovely big comfy bed. Clean and spacious room with good facilities. Staff very friendly. Only comment was that when we asked how to get the rugby on the tv channel, they weren't able to help and said to go over to the pub, which we did and saw it there, but maybe something that could be checked."

"Great central location for our short stay. Friendly staff and loved the roof top bar. I’d stay again. Its central location meant some city noise but didn’t bother us. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable."

"Overall we had a good stay at the motel. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient. Most parts of the experience were smooth and enjoyable. The only major issue was the airport shuttle service. We paid $15 to book the 6am shuttle to the airport, but it never arrived. We waited until 6:30am with no communication or update from the motel. In the end, we had to book an Uber ourselves for a very similar price just to make our flight. What was most disappointing...

"Loved my stay! The room was beautiful and clean. It was easy access to the property and room. Street parking was available!"

"Spacious room with all we needed. No hassle with parking. Reception was unattended both when I dropped our bag off and when I came back to check in. Issues with the TV which kept losing signal and the heat pump didn't heat the room. Concerned about security - the hotel allows people to come in through reception (shared with a restaurant) and go via lift up to the floors without swipe card access. Hotel entrance door is open without swipe access needed until 10:30pm. "

"we didn't have breakfast on sight because of the location there were multiple places to eat, the location was amazing, loved the tram, close to everything, great stay, friends and family came to visit and there was lots of town parking next door to the building as well"

"Great location, friendly staff, ale house/restaurant on site which was great, we had a ranch slider that went to know where though and would’ve been good if it went out to a patio area with chairs, would be easy enough to do and would’ve really improve those rooms"
