"Nice for layover "

"Rooms are so beautiful, the views are amazing with so much to do close by "

"I waited for well over an hour at the airport in the shuttle pickup spot as per the instructions in the email you sent me. No one showed up. The email also stated that the complimentary shuttle would leave every hour on the hour. After I got on the shuttle the next morning to go back to LAX the driver and the manager VERY RUDELY tried to insist that I must pay $10usd despite me telling them to look at my confirmation email. I was so embarrassed."

"Location is great for the airport, restaurants are not easily accessed though. Room was modern, clean and had a great view. My only reason for not rating this 5 stars was my experience ordering room service. The person I spoke with was brisk, unhelpful and seemed bothered by my call to order food for the night. I would definitely stay here again all things considered."

"The staff was amazing. Our 50th anniversary trip from honeymoon on QM. They even took the time to help us find and see our original room from 1976. "

"Hotel has all the amenities. Three restaurants and a rooftop club. You really dont need to leave the building for anything."
