"Great breakfast! Easy airport shuttle!"

"The best thing about the property is its history. The rooms are small and dated and if you like vintage it’s perfect. The hotel rooms were clean and the food was excellent. There is no housekeeping service, bathtubs are concave and could be dangerous, commodes don’t flush properly, there is no heat or air conditioning. The worst part is that the beautiful view in most of the windows especially those in the Promenade restaurant are filthy- I’m not sure they’ve ever been cleaned. The port holes in the rooms are almost as bad and in my room one didn’t even open. What a disappointment for the price of the room. This was supposed to be a second honeymoon for us but it was disappointing. I understand that it’s difficult to keep low cost but there are some things that could to make it more interesting that might overlook some of the lacking amenities. As a former hotel exec it could be improved. Overall disappointing."

"From the outside in the lobby, the property looks beautiful. But once you step off the elevator and get to the room, you’re reminded that you’re at a Motel 8! "

"Would have given 5 stars, but the unexpected $200 a night deposit is a huge turn off. No where was it stated when I booked this location that the deposit is per day and that high. Most places are $150 max for the whole stay not each day. Other than that the hotel was nice and the staff was great."

"The room is nice, location is nice. The downside is that this is not a kid friendly hotel. Our baby still relies on breast milk as source of meal which requires us to place her milk in a cooler with freezer bags. Especially since our flight is over 10 hours long. This hotel and their front desk staff gave us such a difficult time to utilize some sort of freezer or medical grade freezer. The front desk guy said he would check with his manager and just went to the back for a second, came back and said no. We explained the necessity as to why and there was no problem solving or any sort of understanding. We had to get manager involved and even that had some hesitation. Please do not book this stay if you have children and especially babies. Lack of service in that department. "
