"We had such a wonderful stay at Roma Five Suites. Room are super clean , comfy bed and up to date decorations. Staffs are very nice and helpful!!!!! Location, you could go to most of the major sightseeing spots by walking(highly recommended if you first time here) from the hotel. And they also provide excellent breakfast!"

Urszula the host is warm, kind, and very responsive via WhatsApp. The self-serve breakfast offerings have a wide range, have plenty of quantity, and are restocked well. Most of all, the location is unbeatable: One is in the center of Rome where all the major sights and shopping areas are walkable. Also, the pizza place on the righthand side right next to the Residenza is excellent."

"Room was clean, but we had a difficult time getting into the property as no one was there. No clear instructions as to how to enter the building. I had to call to get the code and luckily a couple was leaving just as we were trying to buzz in. We had our bed made, but no replacement of towels the next day. Right in the heart of tourism so be prepared to fight the crowds. "

"An amazingly great(!) boutique hotel in the centre of Rome, so close to everything. The rooms are modern, well maintained, clean, comfortable and spacious. Soundproofing is good. One caveat, is we originally had a 5th floor balcony room at the hotel rear, but the constant noise from a zillion heat pumps around the inner area was a bit much. So we we were gladly reaccomodated to room 402 on the front, which turned out to be excellent over our nine nights stay. Room 404 would be similar, but...
