"The Up Hotel was fantastic from start to finish. The room was lovely, immaculately clean and with lovely views over the park and trees opposite. The staff were all so helpful and the breakfast was fantastic, a great selection to choose from, including gluten free croissants, which were amazing. A 20 minute ish walk from the Basilica and all the main city attractions and the metro only 5 minutes away, so the location was perfect. Highly recommended!"

"The rooms were clean and the property well kept. However, something went wrong with the hot water heater in the hotel and we were without hot water for 2 days. The hotel ended up transferring us to their sister hotel (Exe Budapest Center), but I felt like a plumber should have been on hand to fix the hot water heater within a few hours."

"Lovely, small hotel with stylish decor and a lovely rooftop pool with a view of St Stephen's Basilica. We had a beautiful top floor suite with two balconies, one of which had morning/afternoon sun and a view of St Stephen's Basilica and the other evening sun and a view of the courtyard. The breakfast was nice but pretty basic. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Quiet location but not far from the main sights."
