"This place is Awesome!!! It is a small boutique hotel located right on the edge of Old Town. The owner, Dimitar, was there to greet us upon our arrival. He took the time to explain all of the points of interest in the area and even gave us excellent suggestions on where to eat. He even suggested a great hotel to stay at on our next stop, which was Veliko Tarnovo. His place is like a museum and he treats everyone like family. He even joined us for breakfast. "Fantastic apartment 10 min to Plovdiv’s Main Street, 15 min to old town. Absolute gem. From the outside the building isn’t glamorous but it’s very safe and the apartment is plenty big for a family of 4, maybe even more if people sleep on the sofas on the living room. The shower works well but there’s no separate shower area or curtains so the owner provides a squeegee and slippers. The boiler is big so many people can shower in a near time. Very unprofessional. He took a credit card for room payment, but would only take cash for parking. It made me suspicious of his work."

"I'm travelling with large bags, so I wanted somewhere very near the railway station, but still walkable to all the amazing sites in this most beautiful of cities. It's a gem! This hotel is virtually attached to the railway station, but it's modern, clean, comfortable beds, good bathrooms, and very cheap for the quality. In short, it's the perfect solution for my needs on this trip. A good buffet breakfast is available, but finishes at 9:00am, so just watch that."
