Great place in great location

It was a great stay! Great location with lots of restaurants and cafes around it. Metro station is 500m away, so you can easily go to touristic places within 10-15mins. We have been informed about everything on time. They were really attentive and kind. The room was also larger than we expected and it was super clean. Will definitely stay here again in our next Rome visit!

Great stay

The owner, Diego was extremely helpful and accommodating. Provision of vouchers for breakfast in a nearby cafe was a nice touch. Diego did everything possible to assist us during our stay and was very friendly and efficient.

We have nice stay in Rome..The accommodation was ok for the price what we paid..Room clean..bed comfortable .The accommodation was very close to metro and train station..easy to go to the centre Rome. The Host was very friendly. If you like an accomodation cheap and clean..thi is perfect..but if you look luxury room for cheap price..look for something else. Thank you Thank you..

It was really nice apartment with balcony and the host was amazing guy and responsive feel free to ask him anything 😊 , 25 minutes walking to colousum and the bus front the door, so i recommend 👌

Great location for the price. Bus stop right out the front door bus takes you right to the Vatican area or a five minute walk to the metro two stops and you’re at city centre.1.5 euros to any where into the city. Food market just down stairs. Great communication and advice from the host.

Happy holiday in Rome

Apartment was perfect for us. Easy to go from railway station. A great situation. A lot of good restaurants near. Room is on the 9th floor. Scenery is nice too. Balcony. Service 10+. We will go back some day. Only bed could be a little bit better, but it was OK.

Diego was very helpful with check in and checkout. He also responded promptly to messages. The A.C. was broken and though a portable A.C. unit was provided, it did not do much to keep the room cool during the 100 temps during my stay.

The breakfast included with our stay was okay. You had to go to a café outside of your building to get breakfast. It was close. Coffee was excellent but the food was adequate. The café offered croissants, pastries (typical of Italy)or a sandwich( tuna, egg or ham) No fruit included.

This property was exceptionally clean, the room was bright and very large. Diego was a great host, He speaks English and communicated very well with us. Diego went above and beyond his host duties,he is also knowledgeable about the area and restaurants. The apartment is close to everything we walked to restaurants, cafe's and the metro. it is also walking distance to the hop-on hop-off tour buses.The collesieum was a 15 minute walk on a beautiful day. I did not get a chance to say goodbye or Thanks for everything because my flight was at 5am. But thanks for making us feel welcome and we wish you much success in your business

O quarto è grande e limpo, e o Diego foi muito atencioso. Tem cafè incluso a retirar na lanchonete logo abaixo, e fica muito perto da estaçao de trem e pontos de onibus para diversos lugares. Nao precisamos de taxi em nenhum dia.

Quarto bastante grande e espaçoso e bastante limpo. Pode se verificar que é um apartamento bem antigo, em um prédio igualmente antigo, porém, em boas condições. Localizado bem próximo à estação de trem Roma Ostiense ( andamos uns quatro quarteirões da estação até o hotel). É fornecido um voucher de café da manhã, onde se pode pedir um croissant e um café, mas para nós foi o suficiente. A localização é boa, pois na rua a bares, restaurantes e cafés, fácil acesso para alimentação.
