La chambre etait impeccable, propre, le déjeuner complet, le seul bemone, l'insonorisation, on a entendue le voisin de dessus tres bruillant le soir. Ah par sa , boen situer et tres accessible en transport.

Der Eigentümer des Apartments ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Es ist ruhig gelegen und man hat eine gute Anbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in die Innenstadt und zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Es gibt ein süßes Frühstück. Wer es deftiger mag es gibt rundherum kleine Cafés und einen Markt wo man sich einen Cappuccino und ein Panini etc. für wenig Geld kaufen kann. Für einen Städtetrip eine gute Unterkunft.

Struttura abbastanza centrale, con fermate tram e bus vicine, ma non la metropolitana, per raggiungere il centro occorre avventurarsi con i mezzi nel caotico traffico di Roma. Un alternativa è fare meno fermate ed arrivare alla stazione ferroviaria di Trastevere e prendere il treno per Termini e quindi la metropolitana. L’abbonamento settimanale per i mezzi a Roma è buono costa 29 € e puoi prendere tutto tranne il treno. Per chi come noi raggiunge Roma in macchina consiglio di parcheggiarla (sperando di trovare un parcheggio libero) e di riprenderla solo per ripartire. La struttura è buona, attenzione che si affitta non l’Intero appartamento ma 1 parte, l’appartamento può ospitare sino 3 famiglie in tutto niente di male se non fosse che su Expedia non è ben specificata questa cosa, solo sappiatelo ad esempio nell’ultime 2 notti lì mi sono capitato come vicino di stanza delle ragazze che schimazzavano a voce sia le sera tardi e la mattina presto, fortunatamente la prima parte della settimana o eravamo soli o c’erano persone educate ed abbiamo potuto apprezzare il silenzio e la pace del quartiere dove è ubicato l’appartamento, un quartiere a mio avviso tranquillo, silenzioso , che offre negozi, supermercati, bar rosticcerie, insomma di tutto un po’ nelle vicinanze. Il posto auto è libero, ma è difficile da trovarne uno libero (ma credo che questo valga per tutta Roma). Il proprietario è la ragazza che è venuta ad aprirci sono simpatici e molto disponibili. Io ci tornerei.

I enjoyed our room, everything was very clean and had a cute balcony. Overall I had no problem with the state of the room etc. However, this could be considered rather traveller/tourist unfriendly as we had just arrived from plane to come to accomodate with no sim etc and had earlier messaged for early check in. We proceeded to wait a few hours before getting a local to call the owners for us but otherwise we had no way in. The owners are all very lovely and helpful 10/10 for their service, we also ran into a little wifi issue but was quickly resolved by them. Overall it was a lovely accommodation just didn’t have the best check in experience.

Good size apartment and clean but advertised with parking. There is no parking and its a nearly impossible to find any parking space on street. Breakfast looks amazing on the pictures but in reality its just supermarket long shelf biscuits and cakes.

Great communication with managers but poor quality

Unfortunately the accommodation was not what I was shown on the pictures when I booked it. I got a room with a shower not a bathtub as in the pictures and theee was no balcony. The curtains were not blackout and the shutters didn’t work. The worst part was that old, ruined and very dirty mattress I had to sleep on during my first night. Thankfully the managers changed it the next day only after I complained about hygiene issues and back pain. The breakfast is only sweet processed foods in a package. No fresh fruit or eggs. I would call what they offer as breakfast coffee snacks. Coffee and tea is offered at any time of the day in the breakfast area which is the hallway of the apartment with four bedrooms. The managers were very polite and helpful but unfortunately the the standards of this anirbnb are very low.

Bem longe da cidade, porém silencioso e tranquilo.

Fui com meu esposo, ficamos 4 dias. A pousada é muito charmosa. É realmente longe da cidade, e para nós acabou sendo cansativo, especialmente no dia de partir, pois não passava ônibus de madrugada e precisamos pedir um taxi. Porém, já estávamos cientes disso antes de fechar, então nada a reclamar sobre esse ponto. O ar condicionado parou de funcionar nas primeiras horas, e apenas o aquecedor funcionava. No dia seguinte, Rudina tentou tudo o que pôde para fazer funcionar, sem sucesso, e ficou por isso mesmo. Ela apenas sugeriu que abríssemos a janela durante a noite, pois estava um clima mais frio. Ainda assim, passamos calor e ouvimos um pouco de barulho durante a noite, o que atrapalhou nossa experiência. Se fosse durante o verão, seria impraticável. O café da manhã é bem simples, são apenas alguns produtos comprados em mercado. Biscoitos, pão doce, tudo embalado em sacos e frio. Não foi ruim, porém no final pouco comíamos. O atendimento foi maravilhoso, o bairro é de fato mais silencioso. Tudo depende de qual é seu objetivo e o que está disposto ou não a passar, ao ir para Roma.
