"Beautiful, quiet surrounds. Walking distance to all major landmarks in Florence. Very friendly and helpful staff. No restaurant on site but breakfast is lovely and Giovanni has wonderful recommendations for where to eat. I didn’t have them but I’m told the cocktails are delicious. Didn’t use the pool which is small but would be a nice place to e to cool off after a day of touring"

"Great location in the heart of Florence, close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The breakfast was very good and the hotel overall was stylish and comfortable. The room had a particular smell, possibly from the older building materials or the age of the property. The hotel was not flexible with early check-in or late check-out, but the staff was professional and courteous overall"

"Check in was hectic, they do have a number system so that was nice but waited for around 30 mins to check in. Room was clean but very bare bones. It’s a fine place to stay in Florence but don’t expect anything spectacular. Didn’t do the pool or the bar so I can’t really speak for that. The staff were very nice though"
