"This place is on “auto pilot” no one at reception. I could not find the app they recommended. Had to call Hotels to contact management, had to go to a coffee shop to pick up keys. Was tired and had to “troubleshoot” check in. Other than that the place was clean and in a great location. I’m all for “new” ways to improve, but I feel at this level a call to ppl that book to let them know “the process” "

"The area around the trainstation is one of the most terifying I have been to. Dirty, a lot of shady people walking around. It was particularly disturbing at night. The room was nice, it was amazing to receive all the gifts and snacks! There was a good coffee machine and kettle, the kitchen was quite clean and equipped. The bathroom was a bit dirty but good to use. Overall the hotel is one to recommend altough the area around is a big big minus."

"생각보다 규모있는 호텔이었음. 아침식사도 괜찮았고 직원들은 친절했음. 오래된 호텔이어서 그런지 룸 사이즈가 매우 커서 좋았음. 다만 마찬가지로 오래된 호텔이라 처음엔 문이 잠긴건지 모르겠는 경우가 있었고, 룸 안에 등록안된 카드키가 남아있어서 등록된 키랑 헷갈리는 바람에 방에 못 들어가는 사태가 발생하기도 했음. 오래된 호텔이라 예약한 건 맞는데 침구와 패브릭 소파도 오래된 느낌이라 청결상태가 약간 불안한 느낌이었음. "
