"Such a wonderful stay!"

"I will definitely be back but very frustrated with the reservation system. I reserved the Manor Queen suite which was supposed to have a queen and a pull out couch. We were being our son with us so when we got in room and found a king and just arm chairs I wasn’t pleased at all. He had to make other arrangements to stay somewhere else."

"Room was clean, maybe a bit on the small side. The evening reception was fine, but not enough seating with kids until the weekend when they used the breakfast area for it. Breakfast was good, fairly good selection. Overall a nice property, I think we like the Embassy Suites in Tigard a bit better, although that one is really showing it's age."

"Our hotel room was spotlessly clean, although we thought we had two queen beds and we ended up with the queen and a pull-out twin. The sofa was threadbare in the living room. Breakfast one of the days was dismal. Second day was much better with a variety of choices including omelets bacon, hash, browns, waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereals, etc"

"Contemporary design has good eye appeal. Upon finding the Hotel it is difficult to find check in and no parking area to facilitate that. Our friends who met us there use handicap parking and there is no way they would be able to come in the front door. They had to call the hotel from downstairs to be let in so they could check in! Were you trying to make this difficult or just targeting the 30 - 40 crowd with just a carry in bag? There was just ONE complimentary water in our room, come on!! they...

"Only feedback I have is if you’re going to charge me the full stay at check in, don’t attempt to take out the daily rate every night that I stay there that’s an odd way to charge ppl. I asked the staff why was that happening at check out and I was advised it was a system glitch. I said ok and she said I was good to go. I left and then get a call back 30-40 mins after saying my payment didn’t go thru. Mind you I’m visiting from it of state I had a plane to catch. I was called I called back about...

"Breakfast selection were not great. Not as good as last time we stayed. They ran out of items as well as tableware and dishes. Very surprising for this hotel. But staff is friendly and helpful. They just need more help. Location is excellent and rooms are comfortable. Night desk staff was very helpful with a temperamental printer. I will stay there again. "

"Hotel manager was so accommodating he allowed us to check in 4 hours early after a very long flight. He made sure we had plenty of coffee for our room and bottles of water and a nice clean space so we could rest. The bar was nice and so was breakfast. The hot tub was nice and hot. All of the staff was kind and helpful I would def stay there again."

"Breakfast was better than typical continental breakfasts. The beds are mediocre, not horrible not great. The most bothersome thing was that the bathroom area smelled bad like cigarette smoke even though the whole hotel was supposed to be smoke free. There were also a couple of days of our three that we stayed where our whole room smelled like cigarette smoke. For this reason alone, we won’t stay there again."

"We were excited to sit by the outdoor fire on a cool spring evening but the staff informed us they didnt have propane. The room was nice and well kept but our room was next to the elevator and it made noise everytime it went up or down. In the morning when people were headed yo breakfast, it woke us up. Breakfast wasnt included. Ive never stayed at a hotel that didnt have continental breakfast included. Over all, i wouldn't stay at this hotel again."
