"Our room at the Quality Inn at Cle Elum, WA, was convenient to parking and nicely maintained. The room and, especially, the bathroom was exceptionally clean. Room air temperature was easy to control. Beds and bedding were nice, though coverlet was oddly textured. The breakfast was adequate to start the day. Check-in was very easly."

"Everything about this Inn is charming and delightful! Rooms, beds, baths all top quality. The owners, Matt and Cheryl (sp?) are caring, attentive and engaging hosts. Breakfast is a feast! And if you are hanging out in the comfy dining room or lounging in the deep leather chair or couch by the fireplace, Matt will likely offer some Happy Hour treats. Do visit their farm animals! And take a walk on the old railroad trail! This is not just a stopover on a road trip; this is a haven for weary souls. "

"I stayed at Silver Ridge Ranch for 2 nights and unfortunately had a very negative experience with the management. The manager, Jennifer, behaved in a way that I found inappropriate and concerning. Although I had already paid in advance through a third-party site (Expedia), she repeatedly called me and insisted that I needed to pay her directly. I do not understand why this happened, but it was stressful and unprofessional. It felt like she was collecting unnecessary personal information and harassing me about payments that had already been completed. This behavior made me feel extremely uncomfortable, and I want to warn future guests to be cautious. The property itself may be fine, but the management’s conduct was not adequate and left me with a very bad impression."
