"Awesome staff. Classy looking hotel in an excellent neighborhood. Everyone from doorman, to registration and restaurant staff are nice. We always felt very welcome. Room is great and clean. Only slight problem is for the Cabana room, the pool music is quite loud and runs until late at night. Still I would recommend this hotel any day."

"The room was absolutely clean(floor, sheets, towels). The staff was amazing from the vallet staff, maids, and front desk. They put their customers first. We were on the Olympic side where the noise from the traffic was loud but oddly soothing to sleep. I stayed in a queen room previously, which was spacious, and this particular stay we had double queens and it was comfy! Love the beds and water pressure! It was quiet and we felt safe! "I liked the room set-up for the most part; however, there was no place to sit and enjoy the food we brought back to the room. The shower handle fell off, I couldn't pump out any conditioner, there was no bar soap. The mirror was chipped on the upper corner, I had to throw away a dead spider lying in the closet, my dad had to kill a live one in the morning after our sleep deprived night, I suppose it is good the sliding door would not open, not to let in any more spiders.
