"Our highlight was definitely the owner Sarah. Her helpful, friendly and very capable approach made the stay very enjoyable! The room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The property is located in a beautiful area and feels very safe and secure.The breakfast was absolutely delicious and served in a lovely diningroom.
Tip of the day: if you visit in summer bring a swimsuit! The pool looked so inviting, and we wished we had!

"Can’t recommend this hotel enough. We had such a lovely stay. The rooms were huge and the balcony was a huge added plus. Everyone working there was so friendly and went out of their way to help us. The location is beyond perfect- it’s super safe and walkable to the V&A and Oranjezicht market. Some reviewers negatively compared it to the neighboring Queen Victoria hotel, but we actually preferred how close the Dockhouse is to the pool area. We’ll definitely stay again on our next trip to Cape...

"This hotel truly surprised me! I stayed there twice, and on both occasions, I was very well taken care of by the entire staff. Everyone is very helpful and polite, and I want to give a special thanks to all of them! They made my stay very enjoyable.
The first room (with a bathtub) was spectacular and huge, with a balcony next to it. High-quality bathroom products. Really spacious and beautifully decorated. The second room, a few days later, was a bit smaller but just as high in quality.
