"This was a great find for our stay in Milan. We are a family with small children, so the indoor pool was very fun! It was nice to have breakfast at the hotel since it’s hard to get babies out and let the older one swim all before checkout if we leave. The staff was very friendly, and the room was nice. It was also nice to have the parking garage attached. Would stay again! "

"Terrible hotel, very dirty room AC not working as hotel does not connect the AC until mid April, room was extremely hot and even with the windows open it was impossible to get a good night sleep. Bed sheets had blood stain on them and bathroom had flies. Don’t recommend this hotel. "

"I spent a long time researching a suitable central hotel for a stopover in Milan and get a bit obsessive with bad reviews! This hotel was in a great location a short walk from duomo milano piazza.
The room was spacious, modern and clean, check in and out simple and quick with attentive staff.
Breakfast had all the choices and was very nice, a pleasant stay and we would return. "

"I think for easier booking add the spa location into the hotel description instead of leaving customers confused about the spa/hotel… had many issues with booking taxis as they would go to the spa instead of the hotel branch.
Other than that really relaxing stay, amazing staff helped me get a taxi and helped to direct us to the spa. "

"We booked for people. The room was extremely crowded and tight; possibly unsafe due to how tight it was with such small and tight space.
Disappointed that in a trendy place like Milan, the hotel bar did not know how to make a whisky drink, or when explained - they said the ingredients were not available.
The gym was small and tight; minimal equipment and the multifunction equipment was broken.
The building and room was beautiful and very clean though."

"Hotel was in a quiet location well placed for shops, restaurants and the nearby metro. Stayed in an executive room, very spacious with plenty of natural light. The staff were welcoming and attentive, slight issue on checkout but quickly resolved. The beauty of the hotel is its history.
