Das Personal im Hotel war superfreundlich und hilfsbereit, aber das Sicherheitspersonal am Gate war frech und wenig hilfsbereit."

"This is a great spot if you are attending a concert at Sunbet Arena - only a 5 min (safe) walk from the venue. Restaurants are about a 3 min walk at Times Square. The hotel itself is very clean and modern. Check-in was quick and efficient with friendly staff on reception. Room was spacious, light and airy with sufficient plates, cutlery, etc and even a washer/dryer. Unfortunately we did not get a chance to use any of the facilities or to enjoy breakfast as it was just a quick visit. Parking...

"We were welcomed at the gate and taken to the reception desk by one of their very helpful & friendly employees. We had to sign a sort of indemnity document so whilst we did that he went into the room and put the Champagne I had requested (A great choice within the bounds of the budget I had set) into a big bucket of ice for us.
