"Large nicely air conditioned room with good size shower room and a little kitchenette. It’s a dog-friendly property which is awesome. Plenty of room in the underground carpark! The reception hours are limited, as advertised. Unfortunately, the “out of hours” number listed was not in operation. We needed to leave very early and forgot that we would need a key to access the carpark. We left the keys in our room (absolutely our error; we should have taken them at that stage and then dropped...

"Great location and nice property"

"We were a family with 3 kids. The room was very dirty, visible dust everywhere. Low comfort. Dishwasher was broken. No internet. Our room was on the ground floor and the outside area was not usable, the furniture to dirty to use, ants everywhere and bushes not trimmed. The «hotel» charged us 140 euro more for taxes and refused to answer anything when we asked why. No cleaning the whole week. Before we left we had to by cleaning remedies to clean the whole appartment. In the pool no toys were...

"Unica pecca un bagno solo"

"After two previous visits, it was sadly a disappointing stay at La Reserve. It is clear the hotel’s standards have slipped since our first visit in 2024. Our bedroom had scuffed walls, broken picture frames, stains on bedsheets. It is just not the luxury experience we had two years ago. The staff are very friendly, but it is a shame that this hotel, in such a wonderful location, has not maintained the level of quality and attention to detail they had a couple of years ago. Our stay also...

"The property was really clean and a lovely place to stay. I just had a few issues personally which was for the lift was very tiny and as I was alone with a baby in the 3rd floor it was hard as I had to fold pram up and down and put it in the lift alone then walk up and down stairs with the baby which was very stressful if you are alone. The only problem I had with the apartment was the shower wasn’t working very well and there was no plug to run a bath but other than that it was beautiful ."

"Le problème a été que le personnel ne parle pas du tout français "

"Apartment felt dirty, fan in kitchen was broken, when turned on it blew dust everywhere and was hanging off. Corridor is pretty noisy. We weren’t there for long so it was bearable for the weekend."
