El hotel es muy lindo, todo está muy prolijo y limpio. La habitación que nos tocó es hermosa, amplia, con placard (con perchas y caja fuerte), frigobar, TV, la cama es muuuy cómoda y hay almohadas extra en el placard y una frazada por las dudas. El baño muy lindo, limpio y completo. El desayuno tiene de todo! Muy rico! Se encuentra muy cerca del monumento a la bandera y el río. Te reciben los equipajes si llegas más temprano hasta que esté lista la habitación, así que se puede ir a pasear antes del check in, y después del check out... esto nos pareció elemental. MUY RECOMENDABLE, definitivamente volveríamos a ir.

Excelente estancia. Muy buena ubicación, aunque de noche se pone muy oscuro y con sensación de inseguridad. La atención en recepción es cordial y amena, muy buen trato. La habitaciones son tal cual muestran las fotos, amplias, cómodas, limpias, ordenadas. Cómo crítica constructiva les diría que faltan enchufes para dispositivos, en lo personal teníamos teléfonos, cámaras y laptops que tuvimos que cargar por turno. Salvo este detalle, nada para objetar. Todo de 10. Desayuno acordé. Recomendable 100%

no puedo tener una calificacion puesto q tuvimos que abandonarlo antes de que termine mi estadia por un hecho lamentable que tuvimos que pasar. estabamos alojados con mi esposo, y en otra habitacion mi suegra con mi madre que venian a una consulta medica. La hermana de mi esposo vive en Rosario y hace años atras sufrio un ACV el cual le dejo secuelas, ella viene al hotel a visitar a mi suegra y en la recepcion le piden una serie de requisitos para poder acceder a la habitacion, como por ej. llenar una ficha y poner una serie de datos, lo cual le resulta imposible porque no puede escribir. Se imaginaran la indignacion que esta situacion nos provoco, aparte de no recibir ningun trato comprensivo por esto con una falta total de educacion de parte de la recepcionista y de todas las personas que se encontraban a cargo y ni el gerente estaba para presentar la queja. Por todo esto es que inmediatamente nos fuimos de ese hotel. Es mas, en una primera instancia nos querian cobrar toda la estadia, por lo que tuvimos hasta llamar un abogado amigo para iniciar alguna demanda o queja a la defensa del consumidor. No recomiendo para nada ese hotel, deja mucho que desear.

El hotel, sobre todo su personal, es muy cálido y predisupiesto. La limpieza no estuvo bien y tampoco tienen restaurante de noch. Sin embargo, está cerca de todo u muy cómodo para manejarse a pie.
