"No hay palabras para describir la experiencia vivida. Empezando por el personal y atención VIP, realmente VIP. José, Damián, no los mencionó a todos porque no recuerdo sus nombres, pero todos fueron fantásticos, nos hicieron sentir como en casa. El lugar, la habitación, el servicio, hospitalidad, en general todo. Mis palabras no le hacen justicia al lugar. Solo puedo decir que es un 100% recomendado. "After booking, we repeatedly messaged the hotel for directions and only got a reply at 7:55am on check-in day, telling us the only boat left Cartagena at 8:15am. No way to make it. They then sent a contact for a 9am boat costing 90k + 30k port tax, though cheaper 70k options exist. "This was the BEST hotel in Baru away from the craziness of Playa Blanca. Great food(natural), friendly staff. Snorkels, paddle board and kayaks were a boon for sure. The dreamcatcher vibe was cool and they had mats, blocks and space to do our yoga."

"Samuel was the best service staff we have ever had. He made an effort to learn English words with us while also teaching us Spanish. He definitely made the trip even better. As for the island, it was incredible. The boat ride there and back was 1000x better than a day trip boat I took a day prior with another company. It’s breezy at night on the island which helps keeps the mosquitos away. Would definitely recommend staying at least 2 nights to be able to fully enjoy the island :)"

There was nothing but bricks on a dirt road with half built tarp structure buildings with no windows or roofsand three people tried to rob me. There was no access to go any further so therefore, the place does not exist. I want a refund."

"Peaceful stay with great views and friendly staff I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Isla Soy. The location is excellent, with nice views and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The hotel itself is great, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my visit — the service was one of the highlights. A couple of suggestions for improvement: it would be nice to have a few extra amenities or activities so the stay doesn’t feel limited if you’re there for several days....

"Everything was great! Despite all the reviews, the food was AMAZING! The service great! The only thing i would make a note of was they have a bird named Coco and if she doesn’t like you, she’ll chase you! (First hand experience) but overall, 10/10 would recommend!!!"
