"It is a regular place that I choose to stay while attending school. The staff is nice, and when requested certain things they take care of me."

"I usually go to Phoenix once a year and I stay here. It’s a good cost and location. Room was nice, I did notice that the outlets were a little worn so plugs didn’t stay easy in some of them. I don’t recall if I had breakfast there, I was just in town for the weekend to see friends ."

"This is a very nice property and has been undergoing upgrades. Our suite was exactly what we needed. However, either someone had smoked in our room prior to our arrival and we detected cigarette smoke lingering. They had scent masls on the hallway of our floor. Yet,cit did effect our stay. I did report it to management, but they didn't address it while we were there. Not sure we will stay again unless assured the rooms are repainted and scrubbed."

"This place is like section 8 housing. Our unit had to be opened by a screwdriver, the toilets didn't work, lights didn't work and it was dirty and not maintained. I think when it first was apartments it would have been cute but the people staying there and the buildings were super sketchy. Will never go there again"

"Pretty dirty all around from the time you enter all the way to your room. Lots of transient and police activity throughout the day and night. Room smelled like vomit."

"I don't know what the problem was but I had to leave early because I could not receive mail or packages never received anything in writing or on the site also I have a recently issued gov't I'd with a picture and everyone kept that I was crazy that it is not me and several other women implied that they are me that I stoled my id also I look exactly like the picture"

"Friendly staff, excellent pools, great gym (up to 75lbs dumbbells, peloton bikes, plenty of tread mills, and cross fit cable machine). I have been visiting this location for a few years now, the Mountain View rooms are the best!"

"Very clean inside the hotel I liked that it is really quiet at night no noise from other rooms or hallways which was my main concern , room is very comfortable new appliances , staff is nice I would stay here again"

"I did not stay here. I drove around the building, to find the front office,and there were homeless people all around it. When I went into the front office, there was an obvious person, under the influence and probably homeless, trying to check in. The office also smelled heavily of smoke... I feared my vehicle would get broke into,so I left."
