"If I wanted to see creatures then I'd have stayed at the zoo. As a 25 year disabled veteran, ive been in all kinds of places. THIS WAS THE WORST. I notified management about the roach/ spider problem and the insects were bold. This was a NO cat hotel period. Why did i notice several cats sitting on the windows. Answer.
