"The pool was closed, our room was dirty and they gave us a room smaller than we had reserved. The smoke alarms went off at 4:00, waking all 5 of my kids. Overall the hotel is outdated and needs a renovation. I wouldn’t recommend."

"Clean enough, but staff weren't helpful. Ice machines on all floors were not working. AC in our room was set to 60 but it was blowing HOT AIR when we woke up. Called so many times and there was nothing they could do about the air, couldn't even change rooms."

"Great location for a stay after a show at the Arcada Theatre. Near the main strip of shops and restaurants. A/C worked great. Clean comfy room with cable TV. POOL and weight room used for storage. They allow smoking and dogs here so MAKE SURE you get a non smoking..non-pet friendly room"

"The hotel is super charming and the room was clean and comfortable with the exception of the very firm mattress. I guess you like it firm or you don't! The staff was very friendly and the onsite restaurants were great. I'd stay again and recommend it to my friends."
