It's a decent place to stay. The breakfast are very decent but enough for you to get ready to do other stuff.

I was skeptical going here because of the location and price, but it was such a lovely place! Check-in was simple and easy, even when I had to check in super late at about 10pm. The room was spacious and clean, with a huge king bed, comfy bedding, a TV, refrigerator, microwave, and lots of outlets as well as USB and USB-C ports. Bathroom was big and clean, good water pressure and temperature. Only issue was that the air conditioner was quite loud but it worked well.

Comfortable stay with healthy environment

I booked up for the Breeders Cup weekend, so this hotel was busy and fully booked for the weekend. Saying that, this hotel was a great budget option with good close links to LAX, downtown LA and the Santa Anita race track. The only downside to the hotel was that they advertised breakfast being included but this only included eggs, cereal and waffles. I would still stay there again if I ever go back to LA

The staff are so friendly and always happy to help. The room was clean and in excellent condition. Breakfast was basic but well presented. Every time someone left a table the lady made sure it was clean for the next person. If I’m ever back in the area I will definitely stay here.

From arrival to departure, our stay was really comfortable. All the staff were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. I want to extend our appreciation especially to the staff who managed the breakfast area as they worked tirelessly in providing a range of hot breakfasts and ensured everything was topped up regularly, and the housekeeping staff who were also tireless continuing to make our room a welcoming place throughout our stay

Room was very clean and staff were very friendly.

Staff and room were lovely, everywhere felt so safe and welcoming. Everywhere in the hotel was always cleaned immacuatly and cannot wait to return.

Fantastic location for Universal with direct trolley service to the park and only a 15 minute uber ride to Hollywood Blvd and Griffith park. Plenty of food options available and a good shopping amenities for any last minute trip requirements. Guidance on the area from hotel staff was perfect and gave us greater context of what was available. Room was very comfortable and quiet an served us well for our stay. I would certainly use this hoel again.
