"The entire hotel is outdated, in a state of disrepair, the hallways were cluttered with old material that’s been pulled out of rooms for renovation. People were laying outside of their rooms in the hallway on the floor talking on their phones. Most likely because the air-conditioning system was malfunctioning. "Our family very much enjoyed staying here. The property is beautiful and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. We have stayed at many of the top resorts in the world, and this did not disappoint. We will definitely be back to stay again."
