"At first I was not impressed because a photo of the exterior was not shown on the Expedia page, only interior photos, which looked OK. In reality, the place looks like a motel on the outside and is not a lodge. The breakfast room's interior does have lodge-like looks, however, and everything was clean, even though the handle on the toaster was missing so only half of it worked. But we were able to get a waffle breakfast and sausages and a bagel with cream cheese. The pool is fine. Staff were helpful and polite. My husband started talking with some of the other guests and they got much cheaper rates than what we paid, even though we thought we had some sort of Expedia deal. So we probably paid too much for the quality of accommodations but it was acceptable."
