"Ac great, food terrible "

"What’s up to my expectations like how some of the other properties look i ask room service to clean my room while i was out came back room still dirty won’t stay at that location again"

"Restaurant was decent but did not accommodate bringing food to room which defeats the purpose of room service. "

"Staff was professional , friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I will definitely use La quinta again."

"Okay stay. Only thing to say is could of parked the shuttle somewhere else and right at the front doors not living a lot of room for incoming traffic"

"What an absolute dump with shady characters everywhere in the lobby and parking lot. It was so bad I didn’t feel comfortable leaving our car there while we were sleeping so we left. I didn’t even return the keys because it didn’t seem safe."

"I was told that I can request a taxi if I need one by hotel reception staff. When I checked out on 4/27 at 7 am I was told that hotel staff can not call for a taxi. I was told to go to a corner of Charles Street and try to catch myself. At 7 am I could not get a taxi and ended up walking 40 minutes from hotel to Penn station with 20 lbs luggage. Good thing that my train was at 8:25 and I made it."
