As always, relaxing and cosy in a beautiful setting with everything you need as a family. The suite, the pool, Admirals club, the restaurant - everywhere things are geared for kids without the kids being in the center - so the adults feel relaxed too ;-)

Die Idee, der Ort, die Hotelanlage und das Spa sind schön und umfangreich, sauber und weitläufig, aber die Einrichtung und Wartung der Zimmer könnte man mehr im Auge behalten. Es würde ein großartiges Hotel sein, wenn da nicht die interne Philosophie im Wege stehen würde. Pool- und Spabereiche für Kinder unter 16 Jahren nur zweimal pro Tag für eine Stunde gestattet und das nichtmal auf den verschiedenen Buchungsseiten deklariert? Das trifft genau die Aura, welcher man wie einem roten Faden begegnet. Ich habe das Gefühl man möchte mit den „Großen“ mithalten, vergisst dabei allerdings, was diese Ausmacht. Beispiel: Gastronomie: Gehobene Preise, entsprechende Zutaten-Qualität, allerdings das Handwerk mangelhaft. Bis auf einen Mitarbeiter, waren alle Servicebegegnungen mittelmäßig, kurz angebunden bis leider sogar unhöflich. Fazit: Pro: Tolle Anlage, gut ausgestattete Zimmer, viele Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung. Kontra: Service, Qualität und Philosophie. Würde ich wiederkommen? Nein.

Der Aufenthalt war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Vor allem das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich bestückt (nur gibt es noch kein frisches Rührei mit Krabben :) Aber ansonsten sind die frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen hervorragend.
