"Clean, great value. Our parking spot was very close to our room, convenient. Front desk staff Ara was awesome, efficient and helpful. We selected this stay because it had laundry room, and we had no wait to use machines; soap and such for sale there if needed. Got take out from restaurant right next door, also convenient. Only minor bummer was the shower - didn't love the not-adjustable shower head with awkward spray pattern, very loud bathroom fan, and two of us bumped our elbows pretty good on...

"It was in terrible condition.The bottom of my feet were black from going barefoot inside our room. The towel bar in the bathroom fell off the wall when I removed a towel. The TV box was bad. The staff originally said we didn't have a reservation but then found it. A window was cracked and held together with tape. We asked for maid service which was done. The bed was left without the bedspread. The staff was very helpful with all of the issues."

"We booked this hotel based off the positive reviews and lack of availability in the area. Whoever photoshopped the pictures did a great job, because the hotel is run down and filthy. The AC did not work properly, the toilet seat was bubbled and so old it just felt gross to have to use. The beds don’t have full sized pillows. "Property is an historic old home in the heart of Monroe, Utah. Very cool architecture and design, and a good job of retrofitting the rooms. Our suite was large & comfortable. We had a coffee maker but no coffee or creamer. Hallway lights below shine into the room at night if light is left on, and any guests coming or going make noise when they slam the front door.
