"Came in the off season, and it was a complete bait and switch. Actual hotel was closed (including pool and restaurant (so no breakfast)). Placed us next door in tiny apartments. Manager gave us the key and left the property. First room had a broken toilet seat so moved us to another one. Staff spoke no English and didn’t understand that we need password for WiFi. Blanket on bed was wet. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but left the next morning."

"Nice hotel and a good location in town and short drive to many wineries (5 minute walk to restaurants). Quiet. Outdoor private hot tub is not heated (so was not really useable in October)."

"Beautiful location, very clean, very friendly management! I would recommend staying here for sure!"

"The atmosphere was wonderful and relaxing. The apartment was great and clean. Only thing was the a/c had an odor when we turned it on. However we didn’t need it much because our unit stayed cool."

"Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Es hatte einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge. Die Dusche empfanden wir als etwas klein. Das Frühstück war der Kategorie angemessen, hatte allerdings auf Grund einer größeren Reisegruppe den Charme einer Bahnhofsvorhalle in Bezug auf die Lautstärke."

"Es war alles perfekt, dankeschön!!"

"A beautiful setting to explore the enchanted village of Archanes. Be prepared for lots of friendly cats, you may wish to bring some treats with you, or pick some up at the local market. Hosts recommendations for dining and exploring were very good."

"Beautiful escape in the mountains with lovely views and warm welcome. We had a great stay here enjoyed the quiet start to our holiday. Don't use google map to get to the property. Best to get google maps to bring you to Krousonas town center and then put in the property address. Google maps in Crete will have you go down goat paths and should not be trusted. The property is beautiful and isolated, so you need a car to get around here. Our host was lovely and accommodating. We arrived at dark...

"Casa meravigliosa, arredamento impeccabile. Tutto perfetto!"
