"Staff was very helpful. Room was clean with very “simple” furnishings. Location was convenient. Limited parking garage onsite worked well for us.. Only “negative” was that both the complimentary water bottle in the minibar was 1/4 full and hand soap in bathroom was almost empty upon arrival. Overall, we had a good one night stay."

"The hotel receptionists Rea and Yara were very helpful. The check in and checkout was a breeze. We were given a reusable glass water bottles to use and keep which is nice. You can refill it with still or sparkling water at the reception area. The hotel location is 5 mins walk to the train station and around 15 mins walk to old town. The room we had was a bit tight, but we made it work. The closet could use a little dusting though. Overall, we had a pleasant stay."

"We had an excellent stay at Astoria hotel. The location was perfect, 5 min walking distance to Luzern train station. Bus station right outside. Staff was very helpful, room and entire hotel was very clean. A/C and shower were excellent. Very affordable rate compared to other hotels in the area. 10/10 would stay here again."
