"What a great wee hotel at a superb price. The staff went above and beyond. Continental breakfast had a great selection and was delicious. There was also a separate gluten free table with its own toaster and plenty of choices. Will definitely be back there again."

"I use this hotel often and it’s the first time I’ve had an issue - no towels in the room. I couldn’t be bothered walking all the way over to reception and carrying a hand towel as I do, I got by. It’s an oversight but I’ll be using the hotel again. Mistakes happen. Room 204."

"The room was clean and bed comfortable. Nice decor in the room. Evening meal food was excellent. Breakfast was disappointing, not cooked to the same standard of the evening food. Dog friendly. Huge carpark. Fabulous position with views over the bay. Just be aware its a mile past the centre of Helensburgh and it's a lovely walk into town."

"A fabulous hotel that goes the extra mile to make guests feel valued and comfortable. Extremely doggy friendly, with separate zones for guests unaccompanied by their 4 legged companions. Direct access to the beach, Ayshire Coastland Path further enhance the experience. I would definitely highly recommend The Waterside Hotel. Thank you"
